Seeking a detail-oriented Project Lead to spearhead AI/ML product and platform initiatives. In this role, you will drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-stakes projects with speed, precision, and agility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

A project manager with 2–6 years of experience in technology consulting or product operations is required. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms is a must.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives)
  • Tracking project KPIs and ensuring timely delivery
  • Anticipating roadblocks and resolving issues proactively
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM from XLRI, IIMs, ISB, or other Tier-1 B-Schools (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
