
Workplace Culture Innovator

A dynamic and results-driven leader is sought to spearhead our people operations, fostering a workplace culture that values creativity, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to promote inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration within the organization.
- Develop and drive programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication to enhance employee experience.
- Cultivate a positive work environment by actively listening to team sentiment and taking proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.
- Build and maintain long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability to ensure high performance.
- Partner with leaders to identify L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks to foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and streamline people operations through scalable systems to minimize administrative burdens.
- Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform data-driven decisions and solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain the company's employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn to showcase its unique culture and values.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- Strong grasp of business acumen, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to bridge business goals and people needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from scratch.
- Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
