Responsibilities:

• Workspace Management: Maintain well-functioning facilities and workplaces in partnership with building management and IT teams.

• Project Management: Lead the expansion of workspace needs while working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.

• Community Engagement: Develop social and community events to engage team members and promote a positive company culture.

• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and tenants.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in people-focused roles such as workplace experience, employee engagement, office management, or hospitality events management.

• Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement to create an exceptional employee experience.

• Low-ego attitude, ready to tackle any task, and excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and execution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating proactively.

• Reliable and punctual, supporting a positive experience for the team.

• Ability to maintain discretion on confidential matters.

• Collaborative mindset, working effectively with people at all levels and across functions.

• Good judgment and calm confidence in challenging situations.

• Experience managing vendors and expanding workspaces with familiarity on rent negotiations and building management relationships.

What We Seek:

• 8+ years of experience in administrative support roles.

• Comfortable with various communication platforms, including Slack.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems required (BambooHR a plus).

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Start-up experience a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
