This role plays a strategic and consultative part in executing the organization's larger vision, culture, and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Employees are smoothly onboarded and ensured their smooth assimilation into the organization.
  • Culture Building: A positive work environment is nurtured and the organizational culture is acted upon.
  • Talent Management: The DC brand is built and created in society ensuring business continuity at all times.
  • Performance Environment: A high-performance work environment is inculcated and diversity and inclusivity are promoted.
  • Employee Support: Employee grievances including anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns are managed.
  • Rewards and Recognition: DC-wide rewards and recognition programs are implemented recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Key Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent preferred.
  • 11-17 years of experience.
