Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Workplace Optimization Specialist to lead our workplace services across various locations.

Your typical day will involve overseeing space planning, ensuring safety compliance, and providing onsite support to create efficient and high-quality environments.

You will leverage tools and data to develop strategic plans that support the overall business needs, ensuring workplaces are safe, functional, and conducive to employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate workplace services to ensure they meet organizational standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of workplace services.
Prior Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration is highly desirable.

Please note that this is a senior-level position requiring a strong understanding of workplace management principles and practices.
