Senior Workplace Mediator

This role is responsible for providing strategic support and expert services to drive growth, complemented by AI-enabled technologies and high-touch support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, particularly in relation to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required for this position. The employee relations specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing an Employee Relations strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
The specialist will handle employee grievances with professionalism, ensure quick and effective resolution, and document and track grievances to identify trends and implement preventive actions.
They will mediate conflicts between employees, teams, or between employees and management to ensure harmonious work relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
The specialist will also conduct regular POSH training and awareness programs for employees and provide support to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in investigating and resolving POSH-related cases.
They will build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to effectively support and advise leadership on ER matters.
The Employee Relations Specialist will organize and lead proactive roadshows and sessions to communicate the organization's expectations and promote a positive workplace culture.
They will develop and implement an Employee Relations strategy that aligns with organizational goals, conduct regular audits of ER practices and policies, and monitor and analyze ER metrics to assess the overall health of the workforce.
