Account Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and growing key brand relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful activation, and continuous performance optimization across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and partners
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and activation of clients on our platform
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver brand goals
  • Track client performance metrics and proactively identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, exports, and marketplace management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
