
Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive our people-first culture and support organizational growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business goals.
- Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
- Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
