- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, JDs, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with company objectives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Prior HR experience in the region is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
