Strategic Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support our organization's growth and success. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent, coordinate application tracking, interviewing, and selection processes, and maintain accurate recruitment statistics.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to guide new employees through the onboarding process, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and develop comprehensive first-day orientation programs.
  • Rewards Implementation: Provide expert guidance on employee benefits and compensation packages, partner with supervisors and managers to implement performance management and reward recognition schemes, and investigate and address employee concerns and complaints.
  • Employee Relations: Act as an advisor and resource to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs, and identify and highlight key differentiators that set our organization apart from competitors.

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in human resources or a related field, proven track record of successful recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
