Job Overview

The role of a Senior Human Resources Manager entails an accomplished HR professional with proven expertise in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment. They are expected to provide dynamic leadership and oversee comprehensive HR operations, drive efficient recruitment processes, champion process improvements, and foster positive employee relations across functions.

This position requires strong management skills to lead all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.

  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume environment.
  • Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement.
  • Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  • Partner actively with leadership to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.
Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.

· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

· Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
