Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent HR Professional to oversee the entire recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and selection, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and salary.
  • Handle all aspects of employee terminations, including final settlements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
