US Voice Process Customer Services Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Calling Executive to join our US Voice Process customer services team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a strong commitment to achieving sales and conversion targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Makes outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/helpdesk as per process requirements.
  • Engages customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
  • Achieves daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
  • Handles objections professionally and escalates complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborates with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and US calling regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
  • Open to working night shifts and adapting to US time zones.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of US culture and customer behavior.
