About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage rates, availability, and promotions across multiple platforms, as well as maintain accurate property listings and ensure rate parity across all channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across multiple agency platforms.
  • Listings & Content: Ensure property photos, descriptions, and amenities are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Rates & Parity: Maintain rate parity across all agency platforms and direct channels.
  • Coordination & Execution: Work closely with agency account managers for promotions, tactical campaigns, and visibility offers.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to execute promotions and ensure smooth booking operations, and prepare basic reports and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track daily bookings, cancellations, and occupancy trends from agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of agency platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing rates & inventory.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
