Senior Technical Lead for ServiceNow Integration

 

As a Senior Technical Lead for ServiceNow Integration, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the integration of individual modules in our overall system. This position requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage internal and external developers as part of developments and projects.

 

  • Job Summary:
  • Design and implement internal structures, workflows, and logic in coordination with lead architect.
  • Provide technical solution consulting for individual modules in alignment with lead architect.
  • Manage internal and external developers as part of developments and projects.
  • Carry out software developments and developer tests.
  • Analyze and solve malfunctions in 2nd level support.
  • Carry out upgrades or changes to the productive solutions in an agile approach.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • A degree in computer science or a comparable degree, along with >5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment.
  • >5 years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise/multiprovider environment, preferably in ITSM & Security Operations module.
  • Very good knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Excellent experience in object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in dealing with relational databases (SQL).
  • Experience in Angular, C#, PowerShell is also desirable.
  • Ideal candidates should have at least ITIL Foundation Level in Service Management.
  • Agile development methods and DevOps.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.
