ServiceNow Technical Lead

The role of the ServiceNow Technical Lead involves overseeing the implementation and management of ServiceNow software suite within an organization. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure successful deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized SaaS platforms using ServiceNow software suite.
  • Configure and integrate various ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, IT Cost Management, Discovery, Orchestration, and ITOM.
  • Provide ServiceNow Developer-level training and support to team members.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of ServiceNow business processes and ITIL/ITOM principles.
  • Manage project financials, create status reports, and plan work streams.
  • Collaborate with diverse functional and technical teams on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Analyze business requirements, estimate complexity, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow, preferably as a Senior Developer or Lead.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration architecture and API's.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer.
  • Ability to build and present solutions to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
