Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead full-cycle ServiceNow implementation and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and digital transformation projects, designing, configuring, and deploying scalable solutions with a focus on ITSM & ITOM.
  • Develop REST API-based integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, implement eBonding integrations for cross-platform synchronization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, provide architecture oversight and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage daily ServiceNow operations, updates, and upgrades, ensuring platform stability, resolving issues, and maintaining performance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, etc.) and expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), familiarity with CSM, SPM, SAM/HAM modules is a plus.
  • Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert to stakeholders, conduct workshops, user training, and stakeholder demos, recommend enhancements based on platform updates and business feedback, stay current with ServiceNow releases, new modules, and trends.
