Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to lead the design and implementation of our ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Integrations, as well as experience designing Workspaces using UI Builder and the Now Experience framework.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of platform architecture, data modeling, ACLs, Glide APIs, and script-based solutions. They will also have hands-on experience in platform upgrade strategy, performance optimization, and platform security design.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate will demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Developer.
  • Deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
  • Strong experience designing Workspaces using UI Builder and the Now Experience framework.
  • Excellent knowledge of platform architecture, data modeling, ACLs, Glide APIs, and script-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in platform upgrade strategy, performance optimization, and platform security design.
