Job Title: Servicenow Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Technical Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has extensive experience in Servicenow development and wants to take their skills to the next level.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of complex Servicenow projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for Servicenow development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Servicenow with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Servicenow applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Servicenow development, with a strong focus on Service Portal, HRSD, and Integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Servicenow scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
