Operations Onboarding Specialist

The Training and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new hires into our organization. This role involves coordinating the onboarding process, assigning trainers to selected candidates, and guiding them through necessary resources and support.
Key Responsibilities- Interview new phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role.
- Assign selected candidates to trainers for skill development.
- Guide new hires through onboarding, providing them with necessary resources and support.
- Monitor new phlebotomists until they complete their first assigned slot successfully.
- Coordinate with trainers, management, and other teams for smooth transitions.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations, preferably in onboarding or people management.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment is crucial.
- Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage.
- Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
