About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a People Operations Intern. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance & admin.

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on Keka.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities.
  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating people policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.
  • AI Enthusiast: Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that help in day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills and/or interest in people, operations, or business administration. If you have hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination, that's a plus

What You'll Gain
