Job Title: Senior Executive, HR Management

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change, driving organisational transformation and strengthening our people function.

  1. Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives.
  2. Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
  3. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  5. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
  6. Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required.
  7. Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.

About the Role:

This is not a routine HR role, it's an opportunity to shape systems, drive compliance and rebuild processes in a company that is transforming for long-term sustainability. We seek a strong leader who can navigate change and help establish new HR systems & processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred).
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
