Solar Energy Solutions Manager

As a Solar Energy Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success in commercial and industrial solar solutions. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the commercial and industrial sectors. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver tailored solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Business Development and Power Solutioning:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the C&I segments, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Develop targeted strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and expand market reach.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their energy requirements and provide solutions that align with their objectives and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimized solutions.
  • Provide consultation to clients on solar/renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial energy markets and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
