Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our system infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring 99.9% system availability, providing 24/7 support, and maintaining the highest standards of resilience, integrity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high availability of all terminals and production system services.
  • Maintain EDI and work with customers on their needs for reports and EDI.
  • Monitor and document manual, project documents, change requests, and approve final versions.
  • Perform performance monitoring, reporting, and fine-tuning of TOS Application Configuration.
  • Manage back-ups recovery procedure of TOS and maintain its setup, replication, and client environments.
  • Review and tune SQL and PL/SQL code; design logics and reports.
  • Handle security and access control.
  • Support development team in designing, developing, testing, tuning, and implementing TOS database applications.
  • Provision TOS Solution development and testing environments.
  • Write ad-hoc queries based on schema knowledge for various reporting requirements.
  • Deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping.
  • Perform PROD and DR setup and recovery testing on defined routines as per business requirements.
  • Coordinate with SPOC and interact with Zodiac and other team members for Automation software.
  • Maintain software and version at Site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts for 24x7 support.
