Front Office Executive Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including check-ins/check-outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure Front Desk functions are error-free, identify lapses, and rectify them in real-time.
  • Administer front office functions on a daily basis, implement continuous improvement, and perform duties as needed.
  • Monitor and oversee guest services, identify critical guests, VIP arrivals, and meet-and-greet guests as necessary.

To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, as well as a hospitality attitude and aptitude with patience, negotiation skills, and dispute resolution abilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5 star hotels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with thorough organization and supervisory skills.
Work Environment

Working hours: Day shift/Rotational as needed.
