Job Title: Front Desk Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our front office operations. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room allocation, and guest communication.
  2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  3. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain cordial relationships.
Requirements
  1. Hospitality graduate or diploma with 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or guest house.
  2. Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations, with a focus on front desk management.
  3. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  4. Flexibility to relocate within southern India.
