AI Workflow Automation Engineer



We are seeking a skilled AI Workflow Automation Engineer to join our team. As an AI Workflow Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows using cutting-edge technologies such as LangChain/AutoGen.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Databricks, Python, and strong problem-solving skills. You will work closely with domain SMEs to translate rules and manual steps into scalable AI/ML-driven automation on Databricks and Azure.

Key responsibilities include building and deploying automated workflows, designing agentic flows, and leveraging Databricks for large-scale workflows and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in AI/ML and software development
  • Experience with Databricks, Python, and agent frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
  • CI/CD, Docker/K8s, and strong problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with event-driven architectures, feature stores, and policy-as-code
  • Exposure to governance/lineage/observability tools

Experience bands:

  • Senior AI Workflow Automation Engineer: 7–10+ years overall; 3+ years in AI workflow automation; prior mentoring/ownership of production systems
  • Junior AI Workflow Automation Engineer: 3–6 years overall; hands-on with Databricks + agent frameworks; eager to own modules end-to-end
