AI Engineer - Agentic AI Workflows

We are seeking a skilled Ai engineer with expertise in agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimise AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen, and proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures. Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript are also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks.
  • Develop event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.
  • Integrate AI agents securely with external systems via APIs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design PHI/PII-safe ingestion pipelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on expertise in LLM/agentic AI development.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate, and optimise rapidly.
