Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in designing and developing AI solutions using Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).

The successful candidate will have strong programming skills in Python and experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen. They will also have a deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG, as well as familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
