Job Title: Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, build, and deployment of intelligent agents that can autonomously make decisions, utilize tools, and execute multi-step tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Integrate these agents with external tools, APIs, and databases to create seamless workflows.
  • Develop and optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, memory management, and task automation.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure agent capabilities align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technologies is essential.
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning principles is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
