Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth and innovation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment. You will also architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.

Additionally, you will prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing AI systems that power business-critical applications
  • Architecting scalable infrastructure to support AI workloads
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new AI-powered ventures to life
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong programming background (Python, Node.js, or similar) and deep comfort with software engineering best practices
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage)
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
