Lead AI Product Architect

We are seeking an experienced Ai architect to lead our AI product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions.

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop AI products that meet business requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience working with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI products
  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into production environments
  • Maintain and improve existing AI infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes
