You will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows. This role involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and close collaboration with engineers and product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Python-based automation services and back-end systems.Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms.Apply OOP and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles.Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases).Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery).Experience with relational and/or No SQL databases.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Nice to HaveHands-on experience with LLM APIs (Open AI, Hugging Face).Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and Dev Ops workflows.Background in e Commerce or financial/transaction systems.Why Kilwar?Work on cutting-edge AI automation projects at the intersection of e Commerce and cloud infrastructure.Be part of an AI-first culture where innovation drives impact.Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
