Role Description

We are seeking a Python Developer – AI Automation to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows. This role involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and close collaboration with engineers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Python-based automation services and back-end systems.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms.
  • Apply OOP and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles.
  • Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and DevOps workflows.
  • Background in eCommerce or financial/transaction systems.
