Job Overview
We are seeking a Python Developer - AI Automation to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows. This role involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and close collaboration with engineers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain Python-based automation services and back-end systems.
2. Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
3. Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms.
4. Apply OOP and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.

Qualifications:
We require strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles. Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases) is also essential. Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery) is a plus. Experience with relational and/or No SQL databases is required. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
