Role Summary

A dedicated Business Automation Specialist is required to develop and implement cutting-edge automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps built with Power Apps. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in building interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents for enhanced productivity and self-service use cases utilizing Copilot-based technology and low-code/nocode platforms.
  • Integrate AI models, including Azure OpenAI Service, into enterprise workflows to improve decision-making and automation.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect various workplace systems, such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Azure services, for a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design.

  • Leverage APIs, connectors, and automation scripts to integrate workflows across cloud and on-prem platforms.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of delivered solutions, enabling employees to adopt new technologies via documentation, training, and change support.
  • Continuously explore and prototype emerging workplace technologies and new use cases to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess strong skills in:

  • Automation development using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform).
