Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, build and deploy an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our business operations.

The role focuses on integrating tools into a seamless workflow, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations.
  • Build workflows for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize CRM systems.
  • Automate document generation.
  • Integrate e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows.
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance and reliability standards.
  • Provide documentation and training for internal users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools & other software.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.
