Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who has expertise in automation testing, software design, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute automated tests to ensure software quality meets industry standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop testing artifacts, configure test environments, write automation scripts, and prepare test summary reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance projects.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in the Software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, GenRocket, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Java/Spring boot and SQL/any DB.
  • Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments.
  • Understanding of test script versioning, CI/CD integration, and defect management.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite, and Offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
  • Experience with scan, build, and deployment tools such as Proofpoint, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of database verification (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or performance tests (JMeter).
