QA Automation Tester

Job Description:
  • As a key member of our Agile/Scrum team, we are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester to join us in assessing test scenarios and defining test requirements using risk-based testing methodology.

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7+ years of experience in Python, Selenium, and BDD frameworks to perform end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects.

  • Work with a small Agile/Scrum team to assess test scenarios and define test requirements.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end test activities: test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution.
  • Cover Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.
  • Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
  • Perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.
  • Ensure test delivery assurance while complying with standard tools and frameworks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear test updates and risk reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
