Job Title

We are looking for a seasoned Automation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Design and build automation systems using n8n, Zapier, and Make to boost efficiency.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, and Google Gemini into workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Configure smart bots, AI content tools, and CRM assistants to save time and resources.
  • Create seamless integrations between tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets to streamline processes.
  • Develop dashboards, set up alerts, optimize webhooks, and debug failures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Document, test, and scale automation systems to meet business needs.

Your Skills:

  • A minimum of 0.6 to 2 years of experience in automation, technical operations, or low-code platforms.
  • Proficiency in n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
  • A strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON to integrate and configure tools effectively.
  • Experience with AI tools, prompts, embeddings, or workflows is a plus.
  • The ability to reverse-engineer complex processes and create scalable flows.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or shell scripting for light coding tasks.
