About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium/Cypress and Java/Python/C#/Javascript, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and Java/Python/C#/Javascript.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate automation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of software applications and identify areas for automation.
  • Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug test failures and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in test automation or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver/Cypress and Java/Python/C#/Javascript programming.
  • In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, MCA or related field.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
