Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leasing professional to drive our retail, commercial, and corporate leasing activities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with prospective tenants, brokers, and IPCs for leasing opportunities.
  • They will conduct property tours, presentations, and discussions with potential lessees, negotiate and close lease deals, and maintain a strong leasing pipeline.
  • Additionally, the individual will coordinate with internal teams for fit-out approvals and handovers, and stay updated with local market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive leasing activities for retail, commercial, and corporate spaces
  2. Sources and engages with prospective tenants, brokers, and IPCs for leasing opportunities
  3. Conduct property tours, presentations, and discussions with potential lessees
  4. Negotiate and close lease deals
  5. Maintain a strong leasing pipeline
  6. Coordinate with legal, design, and project management teams for fit-out approvals and handovers
  7. Stay updated with local market trends, rental values, and competitor activity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in real estate development or retail industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing & sales
