Job Profile

The Senior Executive-Membership position involves overseeing membership compliance for the Exchange and supporting the team in achieving a seamless work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage new membership applications, ongoing membership compliance, and membership termination.
  • Analyze membership documents, including legal agreements, annual returns, and audited financial statements.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding membership rules and regulations, providing details as needed.
Additional Duties
  • Prepare notes for seeking approval on changes in membership status, such as shareholding or promoter holding patterns.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/CA/MBA/CMA from a reputable institution/university.
  • Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
