Technical Data Migration Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our team as a Data Migration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data migrations from legacy connectors into Snowflake/Nexla platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate large datasets from Fivetran and other legacy connectors into Snowflake/Nexla platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, DBT, and related tools.
  • Build and optimize API-based integrations for authentication, pagination, and automation.
  • Evaluate and improve data quality, consistency, and monitoring across pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake (data ingestion, transformation, optimization).
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
  • Experience with PySpark, DBT, and API-driven data integrations.
  • Familiarity with AWS/cloud-hosted data solutions and observability.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience with large-scale plugin migrations.
  • Familiarity with Fivetran, Nexla, or similar aggregation platforms.
  • Ability to balance detailed problem-solving with strategic thinking.
  • Comfort working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
