Job Title: Membership Operations Manager 

Job Purpose: Ensure seamless membership operations and support the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

 
  • Change in Director's Details:
    • Review and process applications for change in directors as per regulatory norms.
    • Screen all applications related to change in director details, shareholding pattern, DPG, and transfer of membership.
    • Update records, maintain control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
  • Change in Shareholding/DPG Pattern/Constitution:
    • Review and process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firms.
    • Keep records updated and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
  • Change in Member Entity Name and Office Address:
    • Review and process applications as per norms and update the regulatory portal.
    • Process applications without errors within the prescribed timeframe. Update member names and addresses in the database as per member requests.
  • Closure of Alerts in Trackwizz Application:
    • Maintain monthly databases and collate data for internal departments.
 

Preferred Profile:

Educational Qualification:

  • CS/CA/MBA from a reputable institution/university.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in securities/capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.

Skills Required:

  • Proactive and result-oriented.
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Share knowledge and develop/communicate best practices across various groups.
  • Satisfy national regulatory standards.

Functional Competencies:

  • MS Office (preferably with good Excel skills).
