Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing designs that communicate client stories and elevate brand identities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets across digital and print media, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, and advertising campaigns.
  • They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across multiple platforms is crucial for this role.
  • The Visual Communications Specialist must possess the ability to bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Additionally, they will create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
  • Staying updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends is essential to keep work fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work is essential.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is mandatory; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles is necessary.
  • The successful candidate must be able to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production is required.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
