Job Title: Contract Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a contract management professional to join our cybersecurity and technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage renewals, amendments, and terminations in an organized manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and track contracts for easy accessibility.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
    • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
