About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented lawyer to join our team as a Contract Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our contractual arrangements with vendors, ensuring that our agreements meet all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have experience in contract law and commercial law, with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage legal documentation across the organization, ensuring that all agreements meet regulatory and legal requirements.
  2. Develop and implement vendor management processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Procure appropriate legal templates and provide support to stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of PQE in a common law jurisdiction.
  • Experience in intellectual property law is an advantage.
  • Business acumen and ability to thrive in an independent contributor environment.
