Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Deputy Manager to lead our finance industry recruitment agency in Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our print, online, and iPad advertising business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our advertising business through the development of strategic relationships with marketing teams.
  • Persuade clients to buy advertising solutions by explaining the benefits of our journals using statistics on readership and demographics.
  • Develop and maintain a client base for the organization, managing existing accounts and building new ones.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop a coherent sales strategy and work closely with management to achieve goals.
  • Keep accurate sales records and provide clear revenue figures to management as required.
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports and comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with market information, running regular market share reports and analysis for assigned territories.
