Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling unit/support function cost review month on month in comparison to budget and rolling estimate.

  • Cost Review: You will enable the unit/support function to conduct regular cost reviews, comparing actual expenses to budgeted amounts and rolling estimates.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You will work with EU heads/teams to analyze variances compared to budget and estimate, providing insights to inform future planning.
  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for uploading budget information into budget tools and posting provisional journal entries on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will generate weekly, monthly or quarterly reports on HC performance, analyzing against budget targets.
  • Travel and Variance Reporting: You will create travel MIS reports, highlighting variances between actual and budgeted costs.
  • Finance and Accounts: You will have expertise in finance and accounts, including revenue recognition, contract understanding, and budgeting.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
